Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Customers should contact us before returning any product.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed fabrics.
- Customized or altered products.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method, where applicable.
